In collaboration with Michelle Ivankovic’s design studio and Bring It Shopping system, I created the 3D renders for a collection of bags that are focused on the food shopping experience. This range of products has sustainability and functionality as the main focus. The “Beyond the Bag Challenge” seeks to identify and commercialize existing and future solutions to replace the single-use plastic retail bag and it’s an open competition from OpenIDEO.

In this project, I implemented Clo3D in order to visualize a new fit development for a high waisted straight new pair of jeans. The different stagings with light and angles enhance the product in complex ways while calling an eye for attention.

A collaboration with design Studio Bakker to create a collection of cushions and carpets conceived in Amsterdam and handwoven in a small woman’s craft atelier located in Boujad, close to Marrakech. The pieces are entirely made by hand with recycled denim yarn. The wash process uses no water, but it’s sun-dried.

Inspired by the nomadic lifestyle, a love for nature and basic comfort, Studio Bakker x Vera Magagnini presents a sustainable collection of denim carpets and cushions that work together or separately to create a living landscape for contemporary interiors. Denim was chosen not only for its durability but also for its timelessness - it is an enduring fabric that knows neither age, class, borders nor seasons. What started as a rugged textile for worker’s clothing, has evolved to become the fabric of our lives. The collection was conceived in Amsterdam and is handwoven on traditional looms in a small women’s craft atelier located in Boujad, close to Marrakech. The weaving studio empowers and enables women to use their generations-old craft as a means to achieve independence. The weavers set their own hours, giving them the freedom to support themselves and their families. This piece is created entirely by hand - embroidered in the corner you will find the initials of the weaver responsible for its creation.

Freedom, Respect, Equality - These are Common Threads.

Inspired by movement and the need for comfort while commuting in the city, these two jeans take details from women’s athletic and sports garments. Features are carefully analyzed and implemented in a modern way. The fabrics used are high performance and super stretchy. The fit and silhouette are super skinny for both styles to emphasize the comfort and flexibility of movement.

The design of a new fit with details inspired on a girl’s sub-culture from England. The “teddy” girls were wearing men’s cloth with a feminine twist. The fit is high waisted with straight legs and masculine oversized details.

Fashion design capsule collection made for LTB jeans. Inspired on elements from the past while giving them a new purpose. Empowering women with comfort and attitude.

Inspired by the Spacesuit construction and details, this is a denim project consisting of 6 pairs of jeans and 2 jackets. The main details include reflective tape, photographic prints, zippers, and crafted construction.

This collection of 20 denim garments is exceptionally designed for a supplier overseas that manufactures their own collection for different European brands.

After researching the market needs, the new relevant fits for the season, and trends, this collection was custom-made according to the supplier’s needs.

New fits, new details, and special washes from commercial ones to more market ventures. All the garments were sampled and successfully offered to all the exclusive clients.

This design capsule collection for men and women is inspired by the motorcycle padded and quilted protection details. The diamond-shaped quilted form is transferred to denim garments and behaves as a restoring stitching element, being applied in the areas where restoration in jeans is most needed: knees, back of pockets, shoulders, hem, and elbows. The capsule is made fully in white jeans with matching colour stitches. The branding is black in order to make a contrasting statement.

Every design collection has a new set of seasonal fits. According to research and matching with the brand identity, these were the new stylish additions I proposed. The new items were: a pair of high waisted tapered boyfriend jeans, a high waisted straight leg jeans, a pair of cropped culottes, a superskinny with high stretch fabric, and a loose overall with classic details and tapered legs.

This design collection capsule is inspired by the patches used to repair denim, and the negative space they leave behind once those patches are removed. Exposing the original colour of the denim fabric underneath and bringing it back to life. Every sign of the journey the jeans and the wearer have made, such as splatter stains, are removed with the patch and leaving a “half on/half off” graphic effect that adds colour and concept to the jeans.

This capsule is made for men and women. The fabric is light weighted and the washes are fresh and bleached.

The creative direction for these new seasonal cocktails of “HPS cocktail bar” was inspired by artists like Michel Gondry, where all effects are made in real-time with a DIY aesthetic. No photoshop was used in order to create the perspectives, the movements, and the staging. All the effects were created on-site while taking the photos.
